The office is located on Route 1, just north of the connector to I95

Coming from Portland: take 295 south to exit 3 (Westbrook St)
from the exit, go left and straight through the next light, continue on Westbrook St.  It will hit Route 1 at a stoplight.  Go straight through this light onto Cornell St.  The free parking is immediately on the right and the building entrance is on the left.
 
Enter the side door (on Cornell St) that is labeled 650 (second door from the right) and the office is upstairs, suite 212 (unfortunately, there is no elevator access.)
